Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurate addresses. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once shipped. USPS updates may take up to 24 hours.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by USPS. Customers must file claims with USPS.

Undeliverable Packages
Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
